Milk processing enterprise LLC "Shiri Zafarobod" (Sughd region, Zafarabad district)
In September 2020, the Founder of peace and national unity – Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon put into operation the milk processing enterprise “Shiri Zafarobod” LLC and visited the production exhibition of the enterprise. The new production facility has mastered the production of more than 10 types of products, including cream, cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, fruit kefir, yogurt and butter.
The production equipment of the industrial enterprise was imported and installed from developed countries of the world. The company has 3 three-ton boilers and 4 two-ton boilers for milk processing for complete preparation of finished products. The company has two cold rooms for storing products, the products of this company are delivered to points of sale by two special vehicles. The production capacity of Shiri Zafarobod is from 5 to 10 tons per day and up to 300 tons per month of high-quality dairy products.
Milk of the enterprise is purchased from the population, 5 cars are allocated for this purpose and reception points are created in two villages of the Zafarobodsky district. Before processing, the products delivered to the company are fully tested in the laboratory, which is equipped in accordance with international requirements and standards. Another innovation in this factory is the creation of a room for washing employees ‘ clothes in front of the factory entrance.
