Milk processing company LLC «Nuri Safar» (Sughd region, Mastchoh district)
In September 2020, the Founder of peace and national unity – Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon launched the operation of the milk processing enterprise Nuri Safar LLC in the village of Obburdon in Mastchoh district. Nuri Safar milk processing enterprise is a branch Of the closed joint-stock company “Kombinati Shiri Dushanbe” in Maschi district and was established on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The total area of the facility is 2 hectares, and construction work and installation of equipment began in April 2019. The milk processing plant consists of two main buildings and other auxiliary facilities.
To process local milk and meet the needs of the population for high-quality dairy products, the company has opened and installed a new production line produced in developed countries. It should be noted that in order to increase production, the company buys milk from the population and produces 15 types of high-quality dairy products, including butter, cheese, sour cream, cream, yogurt, Chaka and kefir. The plant can process from 7.5 to 8 tons of milk per day.
Along with processing and production of dairy products, the company also produces disposable plastic containers, which are mainly intended for dairy products of its own production.
